Ferranto is the President and CEO of WTS International, an association that was
founded in 1977 with the mission of attracting, retaining, and advancing female
professionals in the transportation industry. A big part of WTS International’s
message is that transportation holds many exciting career opportunities for
women, as well as men. A career in transportation can offer financial stability,
a healthy work-family balance, and the reward of positively impacting
others.
The
opportunity for women to make an impact in the world and have a successful
career in transportation has never been greater. More women than ever are
